When you call our pharmacy during normal business hours, your call is answered in person by our friendly, cheerful receptionist, no automated phone system for you to navigate. |
Your call will be directed to the appropriate department or person that can answer your questions quickly and efficiently. Because we are a paperless pharmacy, document retrieval is fast and your questions are answered with speed.
Another advantage of us having a paperless system is the ability to follow every fax that enters the pharmacy electronically, so your faxes are not lost or misplaced. We also like knowing we are doing our part to help the environment saving paper and therefore trees.
